Fund For Teachers is a unique initiative and is giving away grants of $5,000 to $10,000 for professional development based on the principle that the teachers know what they need to grow as an educator.
These grants are given to help teachers create their own professional development opportunities based on what is most beneficial to their teaching strategies.
Grant Details:
Grant Amount: 5,000$ for induviduals and 10,000$ for a team
Eligibility: Teachers
Duration: 12 months, from the date of award.
Deadline: Available: October 1 2016 Due on: January 31st 2017
Eligibilty Criteria:

These grants are eligible for preK – 12th grade teachers who:
- Spend at least 50% of their work week in direct classroom instruction
- Return to the classroom the following school year
- Have total 3 years experience as preK – 12th Grade Teacher
