Mrs. Marisa Adams
Has worked in education industry for the past 13 years. Taught 8th grade US History and was a campus level administrator at the elementary, junior high, and high school levels. She has served as a curriculum writer and assessor. Her education related publications include two district-wide curriculum guides for Katy Independent School District and a PARCC Survival guide for Lumos Learning. Marisa serves on U.S. Congressman Michael McCaul’s Educational Advisory Board, and is a member of Texas Council of Women School Executives, American Supervision and Curriculum Development, Phi Kappa Phi, and Delta Kappa Gamma.
Mrs. Julie Lyons
is an educator with more than 13 years of experience in this field and a parent of two.She has been a classroom teacher in both elementary and middle school settings, teaching all subjects (at the elementary level) and Language Arts and Math (at the middle school level). In addition, she served for three years as an instructional coach. In this position, she was responsible for planning, creating and facilitating workshops and meetings related to best practices in teaching, learning and curriculum development.
